What are Work Place politics?

Workplace politics is implementation of power on social networking within an organization to influence the decisions to have the personal benefits such as status, assets, and pseudo-authority. This is known as Office Politics or Organizational Politics.

This section is for those people who are on the verge of professionals and looking forward in guidance to conduct them in order to promote to a managerial position in a target-oriented job. This section teaches them the difference between being an achiever and an abuser.
