Startups are following innovative interview formats to fir with their cultural and other aspects. Urban ladder screens a candidate on phone and tests basic communication, past experience, basic fit and career plans after that they tests the problem solving skills of a candidate.


Interview process includes asking IT interview questions on various topics. IT Depending on the results the candidate will be called for an interview. Airport test is another round which asks people to encourage them to talk about something which they are passionate about.
