Job Description

Should have knowledge on international routing/Airline queue management
Good knowledge on Blocking, PNR Pricing, Issuance, Fare builds and Amendments
Handling Inbound calls and Providing support to Travel agents/Customers pertaining to all booking related enquiries
Outbound calls for Customer Survey/Feedbacks
Provide hands on support to agents/customers on booking, cancellation and refund
Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics
Capturing and applying customer feedback.
To be co-operative and provide support to fellow team members and functions
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
