Job Description

Role/Summary Purpose As a Marketing Automation practitioner, you need to understand how to accelerate growth by creating Assets for scalable marketing programs through automation Responsibilities Design and maintain users journey automation campaigns and individual email campaigns throughout the customer's life cycle Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool and other channels Work in team and engage stakeholders to define goals Maintain and manage problems and technical developments that enable user/customer engagement (journey, automation), in close collaboration with IT, Product and Data departments Maintain a continuous update on new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and provide recommendations for future process improvements Monitor the Marketing Cloud data model, collaborating with Data team Perform A / B tests on subject, email content Complete marketing automation campaigns execution on tools Plan and coordinate activities around both global and local campaigns activation (materials, translations, communication etc), Build e-mails, landing pages and forms, Develop existing and set up new e-mail flows, Segment and upload the data, Activate campaigns Monitor, analyze and optimize e-mail campaigns, Report marketing automation performance to key stakeholders across the organization, supporting them with online data and insights, Act as a frontline support for the countries that youll be working with regarding marketing automation, Improving data transparency flow, Improving processes, sharing the knowledge and best practices, Coordinating activities around key online marketing automation projects Desired characteristics Understanding of modern digital marketing technologies and tools A strong knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing best practices Proficiency on how marketing automation system works Strong understanding on marketing automation platform like Marketo, Salesforce, Unica, Oracle Working experience on web technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript Understanding of functional & technical requirements of the campaign and able to execute, deploy and manage the marketing campaigns Help to drive engagement through dynamic emails, landing pages, forms, contact segmentation and campaign flows Adhere to brand guidelines and timelines Responsible for marketing automation quality assurance from design rendering, event activation, responsive email and landing pages Implementation of test strategies like A/B testing to drive traffic Good to have Strong ability to keep abreast of new technologies/platforms understanding on campaign optimization and provide insights to business Knowledge about lead scoring model and effectiveness of the marketing and sales activity Knowledge about tagging and reporting Identify process improvements in the CRM/MA platform and closely work with the process engineering team to implement those improvements We believe that the ideal candidate for this role will be a mature, curious, pro-active and goal orientated team player who has University degree in Marketing/Online Media/Economics/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent, Experience within marketing automation and CRM systems, Experience within the field of online marketing, preferable within e-mail marketing, Strong understanding of marketing automation systems such as Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, MailChimp, Certain, Cvent, Social tables, Whova, Evite, Touchpoint and other, Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java Script and other, Strong ability to keep abreast of new marketing trends/technologies, Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate, and advocate best practice solutions, High degree of professionalism, High level of quality and attention to details, Very strong organizational skills, Ability to effectively prioritize work Futhermore, we offer Attractive benefit package Medical insurance, Accidental insurance, term life insurance Free cab daily pick up and drop facility Free dinner That's not all!
