Job Description

Purchase Executive
Identify vendors ,Negotiate for competitive quotes .Generate Purchase Orders.
Job Description:
Preparing Purchase Orders and getting approval of the same
Follow-up with the Vendors for materials on time.
Ensuring that required materials are available depending upon their respective short / medium term production plans.
Negotiation with new vendors for best quote.
Prepare comparative quotes.
Coordinating and managing all administrative, contractual and operational aspects of purchase function.
Maintaining records of goods ordered and received
Tracking and analysing spend value to identify opportunities of cost reduction
Establish accountability and ownership of the purchase deliverables against the plan.
Ability to multi-task with priority.
Excellent Writing & Oral Communication skills required.
Should have an excellent English and Hindi speaking skills
Good knowledge MS office(MS Word, Excel), Arithmetic
Must Speak :English /Hindi
