Job Description

Input of new starters and leavers in to the SDWorx Payroll system
Calculating and processing all mid/monthly salary effective changes, including salary increases, car parking, PMI deductions, unpaid leave, pension opt outs/opt ins
Assisting with creating maternity schedules, to include complex calculations to work out weekly SMP & Company Maternity Pay.
Processing statutory payments including Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Sickness Pay
Raising tickets with SDWorx to find resolutions to any errors in the payroll input/output
Update the overpayments tracker
Input monthly changes to Childcare Vouchers on the online Sodexo website as well as update the payroll system.
Running monthly/adhoc reports from the payroll system using the reporting tool
Updating the payroll processes manual as when required
Assist in the monthly HMRC EPS submissions ad raising payments
Assist with the production of monthly Finance reporting and reconciliation
Management and production of timely and accurate responses to all reference requests
Timely and accurate production of offer letter and employment contracts
Production of basic employee letters detailing changes of salary, line manager, workplace location etc.
Co-ordination of all probation activities, including requesting and tracking completed probation forms for all new entrants and production of letters for employees successfully completing probation.
Management of all password reset requests for applicable HR systems (TRG, AFE etc.)
Production of timely and accurate HR related management information in respect of both standard monthly reporting and ad-hoc requests
Co-ordination of all activities associated with the UK Work Related Road Safety policy
Notifying all relevant third parties regarding starters and leavers (Perkbox, BUPA etc.)
Maintenance of all relevant trackers used within the HR Department (Promotion, Contractors, Visa etc.)
Timely and accurate production of the Weekly Employee Bulletin
Co-ordination of the Short Term Overseas Visitor Tracker detailing all OSB India employees travelling to the UK
Co-ordination of the monthly pension consultant (PIMS) visit dates and the associated individual/group meetings
Assistance with general administration activities for the UK L&D Team where required
Maintain the companys compliance standards and own compliance training
