Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification - Grad/ M.B.A
Experience - 2 to 4 Years of expereince in Mobile Sales Only and rest of expereince can be in Channel Sales.
Good Communication Skills.
Currently working on Similar role and profile (Team Handling- Mobile Sales).
Basic Knowledge of Computers (Knowledge of Excel)
Ability to lift business and work under pressure.
Ability to handle team, appoint Stockists, Retailers and Distributors.
Mobile sales Experience will be considered only.

Communication of various schemes operating and being a channel between distributors and retailers.
Target setting for SO/ TL/ MT/ OSR.
Supervising the overall working of the SO/ TL/ MT/ OSR by keeping a track of their working, beats, productivity, target vs achievement, growth etc.
Adhering to own DVL and own targets as well as cluster targets.
Ensuring daily reports are sent through FastTrack and monitoring DSRs, order forms and other formats.
Ensuring product awareness and visibility through displays and other merchandising except posters
Monitoring merchandiser and his day to day activities.
Effective query handling and customer satisfaction.
Handling and follow up of admin related problems, if any, faced by the TSO.
Ensuring consistent achievement of incentives by team members.
Communication and coordination with CSE for distributor related matters.
Effective query handling at retailer level.
Ensuring Retail Expansion
Appoint and manage channel partners in defined market geography
Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
Ensure Distributor Investment (working capital) and Involvement
Ensure DSR/ PJP
Good communication skills in the local language. Effective persuasive skills and basic understanding of numerical data. Creative bent of mind and aesthetic appreciation.
The candidate is responsible to appoint Super-Stockist / Distributor / Retailer in the given Area/Territory. To create Brand Awareness amongst Customers. Responsible to generate primary and secondary sales. Developing New as well as existing Business.
