Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Acquire & transfer knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) to other colleagues
Develops training material and documentation for global support in the ongoing environment
Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders
Responsible for resolving complex customer/client issues, including conducting research, analyzing trends, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the ongoing client environment.
Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
Review/Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Helps identify and implement ideas for process improvements
Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
Ensure compliance to Time entry& MIS guidelines
Adherence to team schedule and leave plans
Interact with client contacts or third party contacts (as per requirement)
Actively participate in client calls/ meetings
Live / Demonstrate values at all times
