Job Description

Verify and run reports from the client proprietary system to identify the missing customer details required for tours and packages post booking.
Coordinate with the clients through emails to capture all critical details such as Passport, Emergency contact details, Insurance etc. and update the same in the system prior to departures.
Update Flights and transfer details in the system to be shared with ground suppliers.
Coordinate with ground suppliers and share all the required passenger details including arrivals and departures for service fulfillment on ground.
Ensure compliance and adherence to process.
Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally be able to stretch for long and odd hours if required.
Proactively inform manager on challenges faced.
Secondary Roles:
Maintain knowledge repository for the process and ensure the process document is updated as and when the changes in process steps are confirmed.
Freshers are welcomed
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresher or minimum 12 months experience in Back-office Data related activities preferably from Travel industry.
