Job Description

HDFC Life!!   Our organization is offering an exciting job opportunity, as an Associate Manager  Department Service Recovery Walk-In Drive from  2 pm to 3 pm PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for handling daily queries, requests and complaints of customers received via emails, letters etc, from branches, directly from customers or through the Service Help line and HDFC SL Identify, analyze and do root cause analysis of complaints Identify process gaps and proactively plug the gaps Interact with other functions / departments, channel partners, HDFC Bank TPP team to get the necessary information which would act as a vital input to resolve the complaint within the TAT Handle escalated complaints received from various sources such as IRDA, Top Management resolving them on fast track basis Responsible for end to end ownership of all customer correspondence To proactively work and participate in initiatives taken up for improvement Responsible for end to end ownership of all customer correspondence Preparing of MIS and reports Job Location 11th floor, Apollo Mills Cmp Lodha Excelus, NM Joshi Marg, Mahalakshmi, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400011 Kindly bring your Updated CV & ID proof Contact Person Gresel Koli
