American Express is a global services company and the world's largest card issuer Our direct relationships with many millions of consumers, businesses and merchants worldwide - combined with our leading edge marketing, information management and rewards capabilities - enable us to offer an array of valuable services that enrich lives, build business success, encourage financial responsibility and create communities of people with common interests   American Express for 9th consecutive year has been voted among India's top 10 workplaces by the Great Place to Work institute In recognition of our consistent performance, we were nominated to the Great Place to Work "Hall of Fame" At American Express, we serve customers, not transactions We're widely known for providing superior customer service and have been recognized for a number of achievements including being ranked highest in customer satisfaction within the credit card industry by JD Power for seven consecutive years A career at American Express is rich in experience and offers opportunities to build lasting relationships with our customers Come join us and realize your potential   Job Description   Function Description This role is a function of seamless payment execution for Corporate Client Incentive in line with American Express policies and procedures Purpose of the Role Interact with various work groups, viz Pricing, Account Managers, Finance and Technology to identify specific areas of focus and issues requiring leadership attention, flag any pressure points, and resolve time sensitive issues Responsibilities Reviewing Corporate Contracts for American Express Profiling the financial data points in Card Incentive System Responsible for on time payment of Corporate Incenitve with adherance to AEMP 01   QUALIFICATIONS Critical Factors to Success Interact with various work groups, viz Pricing, Account Managers, Finance and Technology to identify specific areas of focus and issues requiring leadership attention, flag any pressure points, and resolve time sensitive issues Support the design and execution of a robust and sustainable model for monitoring and reporting of key measures of success for client incentives profiling Collaborate with Partner Operations Governance on relevant initiatives and deliverables Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and policies linked to the process Besides the above, the position will work closely with GSM leadership and be a part of the coordination and implementation of initiatives around operational transformation, data integrity and customer priorities This role may be subject to additional background verification checks Past Experience 6 months - 2 Years in Payment   Operations, Contracts, Payment Execution Academic Background BCOM (P/H),MBA, BBA, Law Functional Skills/Capabilities Graduate with 1-2 years of work experience Eye for detail, strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend complex contractual terms into financial implications for the business Ability to cross link / cross reference data points to facilitate comprehensive analysis Strong results orientation and flexibility to overcome obstacles, resolve process issues and interact with various stakeholders, including senior levels of the organizational hierarchy Strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities Strong MIS skills, including advanced proficiency with MS Excel Ability to develop innovative solutions using a data driven approach, multiple variables and insights Good understanding of Amex products, financial processes, systems and tools, Knowledge of Card Incentive System (Preferred) Technical Skills/Capabilities Oracle, Excel, Card Incentive system, Vendor Set-ups   Knowledge of Platforms Oracle Card Incentive system FMIS/FDS GCP -Candidates with excellent communication skills only -Candidates from Commerce/Finance/Law background are welcome but work is limited to only reviewing of global corporate contracts of AMEX (No drafting of contracts involved) and rest work is into payments operations Working hours Day shifts  If you would want to pursue this role then please meet us on 10th January, 2020 Below are the details- Date - 10th January 2020- Friday Time - 10 AM - 1230 PM Venue - American Express, Building No 5 ,15th Floor, Tower-B, , Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana Contact Person - Saurabh Sharma
