If you are already availing a service from us, you can login and view details of the same under the ‘My Services’ tab on your dashboard

How do I get my service related concerns addressed?

For any service related concerns, please email our customer support team at resumeservices@wisdomjobs.com, or call them at 1800 420 2222 (Monday to Saturday; 9 am to 9 pm).

How do will it take for my concerns to be addressed?

Wherever possible, the customer support team will address your concerns during the call. In other cases, they will contact you again within 2 working days to address the issue.

Can I ask for a refund if I am not satisfied with the services?

Payments once made will not be refunded. A mentioned in the ‘Guarantee’ section, we do not provide any kind of placement guarantee or commit to any specific outcomes as a result of you taking these services from us. However, our customer support team will always do their best to address your concerns regarding the services.
