Mumbai, Bangalore Zonal Sales Manager (West, South) Experience 6 to 16 yrs Skills Required Job Summary Company Leading E-Commerce industry Position Regional Sales Manager Location Bangalore (Handling Karnataka and AP) Qualification Graduate or MBA (Full Time) Exp 4 to 8 yrs Reports to Zonal Head / National Head Repotees 10 to 15 Website Address wwwpayismin/ Heading Two States (Karnataka & AP) region for developing, managing and achieving overall Business Results,responsible for the P&L for the region As Regional Sales Manager the individual will be responsible for defining and building the direct sales channel for the Region Roles & Responsibilities Key Result Areas Own the P&L responsibility of the direct sales channel for the Region Design of sales strategy for the region, including the recruitment and training of the Direct Sales Force Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results Track and report on sales performance and other key metrics; provide results and recommendations for improvement Qualifications/ Experience We are looking for an individual who has been involved with building a direct sales force team The ideal candidate would be one with a high internal drive to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment An individual with 10 - 15 years of experience in leading large on ground sales force and with a background in merchant acquisition would be ideal Someone with experience in merchant acquisition at a regional level or has had the experience of working in a start-up environment would be best suited to the role Key Competencies Results Orientation Able to consistently improve results in challenging and changing business environments and natural orientation towards measurements, numbers and accountability Team Leadership Successful in leading and working with diverse teams in different environments to deliver superior results Collaborative & Influencing Ability to develop effective internal and external relationships across geographies and influence outcomes through effective communication skills and change management practices
