Job Description:

Plan and Forecast hotel revenue for Banquets from various segments
Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential guests/accounts
Propose Banquet/F&B pricing strategy in consideration with hotel’s market positioning, target customer and desired mix
Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales as per those targets
Strong inter-personal and communication skills
Ability to work in a Team
Good in giving Presentations
Candidates with Sales Exp preferred, specially Banquet Sales
