The company with a PAN India presence provides leading edge Wireless Communication Solutions for Data, Voice and Video Communications to its esteemed 1500 Customers Addressing key verticals like Hospitality, TELCO, Logistics & Warehouse, Academic & Enterprise Customers, the Company also provide wireless backhaul solutions in both licensed and unlicensed frequencies to Telecom operators and Internet service providers

As a value added distributor, the Company has acquired trust and confidence of over 500 partners through whom it addresses an installed base of over 1500 customers

Job Responsibilities of the Vice President Operations & Delivery, Wireless Communication Solutions

Direct, administer, and coordinate the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives
Lead and direct teams handling the following areas
~ ~ Order Fulfillment Operations including Sales Order Processing, Credit and Accounts Receivables Management
~ ~ Original Equipment Manufacturers OEM Indent Management & Stock Management
~ ~ Return Material Authorization, RMA & Support Orders Product Fulfillment & Associated Commercials
~ ~ Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution & Logistics
~ ~ Delivery at Partner / Customer location
~ ~ OEM & Reseller Partner Relationships
~ ~ Post Sale Revenue Generation
~ ~ Resource Optimization
~ ~ Service Quality & Process Improvements
Direct internal operations to achieve budgeted results of profit & growth with a specific focus on the fulfillment, implementation and execution of Partner / Customer Orders
Develop and manage a system of controls to ensure that service levels and operational performance goals to the Business Teams are met within prescribed cost, revenue, and profit parameters
Allocate resources & establish infrastructure, processes and systems, reporting processes to ensure all functions operate at the most efficient level possible and supply the partner / customer with the highest quality of services at the lowest possible cost
Set performance goals, put needed policies in place, and monitor KPIs / KRAs
Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the enterprise
Troubleshoot problems in any of the key fulfillment systems or modules
Ensure the creation of the necessary information systems to meet company and client objectives and facilitate the efficient operation of the facility
Establish customer service standards (in this case you have Business Development teams as internal customers while Partners & OEMs as external ones) for all functions and communicate these standards to all personnel
Assure that Field Resources receive the required level of operations and administrative support
Maintain appropriate contact with all functions and respond to requests when required
Participate in company efforts towards attaining higher profitability and margins on Sales by being diligent, alert and aware of any potent situation which can deter business momentum and profitability
Build an Organisation Culture that attracts, retains and motivates the best talent while continuously honing upskills and communication development of the team managed
Thrive for continuous improvement in Order Processing and Logistics, which is backbone of our business
Recognize and celebrate individual and team performance with positive reinforcement
Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and report these results to the Managing Director

Desired Candidate Profile

10 to 15 years experience of working in a customer facing environment with a focus on revenue generation, commercial, warehousing, distribution & logistics and management of Partners / Customers & Stakeholders
7 years of Team Management experience including planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, controlling, and communicating
Knowledge of accounting and financial mathematical applications as related to managing operational budgets
System savvy and ability to work with different applications and databases; experience with any CRM application a plus
Ability to manage and direct multiple tasks simultaneously to drive efficient Sales Order Processing and Fulfillment activities which meet or surpass business expectations and deliver on-time and within budget
Demonstrated ability to apply management principles and techniques to direct, educate and motivate employees
Ability to develop effective external & Internal Relationships, provide leadership, and motivate individuals toward fulfilling objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex and detailed information to OEMs, Partners, Customers, teams & other stake holders
Exceptional problem resolution and process improvement skills
Superior analytical, organizational, decision-making and project management skills
Ability to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, evaluating and solving problems of a difficult procedural, organizational, administrative or technical nature
Fully versed in administrative and budgetary management functions
Ability to maintain the highest level confidentiality
