We Offer

You will do end-to-end ownership of Allocations process, including timely delivery of monthly allocations reports

You will lead the monthly Allocations Flash reporting to FO Divisions and Group

You will develop a team of ~ 10 individuals, responsible for all aspects of processing Corporate Functions allocations

You will be developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate controls, reconciliations and process documentation

Monthly Headcount allocation reporting

You will prepare and publish monthly KPIs

You will handle global relationships with Front Office Business Partners, Corporate Functions Finance teams and Legal Entity Controllers (primarily Zurich, London and New York)

You will support the key partners by addressing their ad-hoc queries

We are delivering high quality responses to information requests in a time-pressured environment

We are responsible for human capital management, training & development and managing attrition

We have ownership of Balance Sheet Accounts and Reconciliation

We are responsible for Quarterly Access reviews (GARS), team cost review and access controls (My Access)

Active participation in various Group Finance projects impacting allocations

You Offer

You have previous experience in Cost Allocations, FP&A, Forecasting & Budgeting

You deep understanding of cost allocations concepts and practices, including legal entity charging

You held finance roles in a large, global institution

You have strong people management skills with experience of handling large teams

You have the ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels within the organization

You have flexible approach with the ability to effectively handle several priorities

You have strong attention to detail and high quality delivery with the ability to handle large quantities of data

You have structured, analytical skills with a high sense of customer focus

You have experience in all or some of the following tools MS Office, Essbase, PeopleSoft
