Job Description:

The Cash Client Services team comprises of business-aligned support teams for the sales
activities in Asia across Single Stocks, Program Trading, and Electronic Client Solutions The
business covers global flows for Asian clients
The Client Services team is responsible for supporting client activity from an operational
perspective and maintaining stringent controls in daily sales activities The team comprises of
client services representatives who support a range of transactional support, client relationship
management, and controls

Job Responsibilities

For this management role, we are specifically seeking candidates with at least 6 8 years ofClient Services experience, with a proven track record of people management and largeprogram initiatives

The following are key functions within the Client Services team
Maintain operational client servicing relationships with key clients; including proactivecommunication and client visits
Ensure all transactions are correctly captured booking systems, risk management anddownstream systems
Perform reconciliations between front office, middle office and back office systems toensure data capture accuracy and completeness
Ensure the Sales and Trading are in compliance with rules and regulations in variouslocal jurisdictions
Continuously participate in projects involving; new product rollout, new systemimplementation, process improvements, etc

Products Covered
Cash equity, convertible bonds, stock borrow and loan, depositary receipts and etc

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge
Proven management record
A strong control mindset and adherence to a high degree of business ethics
Mathematics, finance, accounting, engineering or project management backgroundpreferred
In-depth experience with equity products and global markets, including rules andregulations familiarity
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required
Minimum of 8 years experience in an investment bank
Ability to pick up complex systems architecture easily
Experience in driving global initiatives and affecting change in a large organization

Formal Qualifications
University graduate is a requirement; MBA or higher education preferred

This individual will have extensive contact with clients, global teams, seniormanagement, traders, marketers, and other business partners on a daily basis
He/sheneeds to be a hands-on type of manager who can lead without being a micro-manager;and should be able to withstand the pressures of working in a fast-faced environment
Multi-tasking is essential ensuring the team performs BAU diligently, while adhering to
the control framework of the bank
He or she needs to ensure the team provides a highlevel of client service to both internal and external clients with utmost professionalism atall times
This individual needs to be able to adapt to a continuously changing environment andbe prepared to take on new responsibilities whilst building the teams knowledge andskillset
