Job Description:

Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email and live chat while meeting customer support SLAs
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical queries about the product, suggest the best solution and follow-up to ensure resolution
Assist clients with API integration and plugin configuration
Master product intricacies and help customers use the platform better to suit their use cases
Identify key problem areas for customers and reduce the no of complaints by reporting bugs, streamlining processes, improving FAQs or recommending new product features
Assist the sales team on-board new customers by providing quick guidance with the product and help close the sale


Desired Skills
0-3 years experience in technical support handling email, phone and chat queries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English & Hindi
Working knowledge in MS Excel and SQL
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to complete the assigned tasks quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
Strong team player
