Responsibilties 


  • Leading a  Team

  • System, Product, Process Knowledge

  • Monitoring, coaching and feedback to improve performance

  • Process Expert - Knowledge & Delivery

  • Attend Client calibrations

  • Attend quality reviews

  • Identify process level gaps & analyze root cause of complaints

  • Do TNA (Training need analysis )

  • Develop & implement effective training Programs & Modules

  • Active participation in developing, training, assessments for participant evaluation

  • Conduct training follow up session and measuring effectiveness of training

  • Ensure accurate, timely and efficient analysis of all reports pertaining to the trainees’ performance during the course of training

  • Regularly updating training modules

  • Conducting Quarterly / Weekly Refresher Tests for the process

  • Immediate Joiners in 10-15 days

  • Graduated Candidates required
