Job Description:

We are hiring suitable candidate for the below given position for UK outbond voice process based at Chetpet Location


Team Leader

To ensure individual agents are performing against targets reviewing their performance and coachingtraining them to do so

Responsible for keeping their agents informed of what is happening in the centre and anything that may impact on the agents

Work along with peers and supervisors and Quality team to meet the KPIs

Develop aligned team members by creating learning opportunities

Attend client concalls and calibration sessions

Provide feedback to team members based on observations made by the client spocs and quality audits

Monitor and drive teams to ensure all KRAs are achieved

should take care of project deliverables with quality to client as per client agreement

Good in verbal and written communication
Should have exposure to work for UK client
Should be good in people management
Should be good in client management
Good in MSOffice Excel Word PPT Pivot

Customer Service associate

Good Communication skills in English

Good Convincing skills

Quick Learner

Out of box thinker

Ability to work with healthy competitors

Shift Timings 3 PM 12AM Dinner provided with free Cab facility only drop
