SrManager - Digital Sales and Brand Management Delhi/NCR (Delhi-Faridabad Border)

Sales & Business Development


Brand building of the product is the core function of the product marketing team As part of the team, you will support brand building, product positioning and creative marketingEventually you will play an important role in growth of the Company

What Youll Do Develop overall product narrative and 6-month marketing strategy and plan to achieve product goals
Influence product strategy and in-product communications through relevant consumer and product insights, driving alignment across teams when needed
Establish and grow relationships with decision makers / influencers within major clients (that spends on digital brand campaigns )
Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities
Report on ad sales, impressions and related metrics
Client servicing and Key account management
Meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets
Develop core product positioning and messaging for key products and features, considering value proposition, target audience, competitive landscape, and other factors
Conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand Lybrate for Business customers and apply key learnings to new initiatives
Develop the value proposition of Lybrate and articulate its value in all customer-facing products
Work with Product to optimize the onboarding flows of our scaled sign up flow to drive early engagement and activity
Develop and optimize compelling product education campaigns that drive engagement and activity around our top use cases

What Were Looking For Passionate about sales and marketing in internet and/or technology
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, MBA helpful but not required
Exceptional communication skills
Cross-functional leadership demonstrated ability to work closely with partnerships, product, design, and sales teams
Must have a positive attitude and cant be afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get things done
Can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, working across cross-functional teams
