The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customers queries They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues

Roles & Responsibility

Resolve Customer inquiries related to their Credit Card through Inbound calls

Providing first call resolution to all customer queries

Adherence to SOPs, quality, productivity and compliance guidelines & standards

A strong motivation for client service / customer satisfaction

Work in a fast paced, high pressure, target driven environment

Assist in resolving escalated issues

Ability to gel well with a diverse team of high performing individuals

Qualifications

1-3 years related experience in a call center / customer service / back - office / hospitality industry or environment
Fresh graduates are also eligible
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
Excellent computer navigation skills, ability to maneuver through multiple systems
Previous experience in a high volume customer focused environment is preferred
