The candidate should have a proven technological product sales track record preferably in the industries of Mining, Cement, Steel Power plants, Infrastructure & Oil companies Job Deliverables Enhance the customer base and achieve challenging revenues in given geographical region Identify and actively search for new prospects, market verticals across the territory Make effective approach and presentations to target clients Act responsibly for overall sales to payment process Build good rapport in senior management of the prospective clients and keep up the image of Hectronic in market Other Requirements Able to travel extensively without any restrictions in Mining, Steel, Cement, Construction / Infra, Oil Industries to the assigned territory Ready to travel across the assigned territory for a minimum of 15-18 days in a month Be active participant in marketing events, regional conference/s, and road shows Personality Should be a self-starter, self-motivated and result oriented with clear bias for action Should deliver performance as per agreed goals and as per KRA/KPI of PMS Should possess good communication skills in Hindi, English and Regional language/s Should possess good presentation skills Should be a team player, possess good interpersonal skills Should possess good negotiation skills
