Designation Research Executive/Senior Research Executive
Unit MMM Analytics
Location Bengaluru / Baroda
Purpose of the role To deliver high quality custom projects working with the MMM client/business partners The focus will be on delivery, working directly with end clients in different geographies Occasional travel to the client location to present business findings would be required
You will
o Become the backbone of the advanced consultant team
o Solve complex problems for clients without breaking a sweat
o Ensure timely, high quality deliverables which will drive value for client
o Understand each client you work with is unique, and hence devise highly customized solutions
o Use your understanding and expertise in business analytics and data science to interpret statistical models
o Ensure compliance to Advanced Analytics Consulting (AAC) modelling practices and company quality standards
o Maximize the efficient and effective use of resources by utilizing appropriate processes and tools
o You are a
o Problem solver complex problems dont scare you
o Subject expert good understanding of market research and statistical modelling techniques
o Persuasive communicator addressing an audience, big or small, is your forte
o Self-starter you can work independently, are proactive, and have a challenger mind-set
o Motivator leading by example, you promote a good environment all around
You have
o Executive 0-2 years of relevant experience; Senior Executive 2-5 years of relevant experience
o MSc / MA/ BE/BTech Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Sciences
o Or MBA in Marketing / specialized course in Business Analytics Knowledge
o Understanding of one or more analytical solutions like MMM, Pricing, Forecasting, Consumer Analytics, etc
o Thorough expertise on MS Excel and PowerPoint
o Good to have working knowledge of any statistical languages like SAS, R, Python
