Were seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Assurance based in our Pune, India office In this role, you will be responsible to develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization

Be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers Deep understanding of automated test frameworks and suites to enable engineering team to run, and view results of automated functional and non-functional software tests
Manage a team of 10 QA engineers Manage key third party strategic partnerships across application teams and resolve issues as needed Maintain effective communication with clients, business and partners as needed
Drive best practices throughout our software development process that will improve overall software quality
Assist with triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues discovered Where necessary, develop and execute manual test cases to detect issues that cannot be detected through automated means Must be able to multi-task, handling numerous competing priorities
Work with business partners to understand their needs and proactively lead them to solutions Provide solution implementation to team members for system and integration testing, and user training
Align execution priorities project delivery, employee goals, and establish service levels with business and functional owners to drive service quality through quality control Partner with all stakeholders as required to implement employer branding and talent attraction, performance management, employee development, employee engagement and retention programs
Ensure the implementation of high-end, business-wide, critical strategy set by senior management
Provide direct oversight of QA team, adhering to quality standards and SLAs, and escalating risks and issues to the Engineering Leadership team Invest time on a daily basis on all projects to remove impediments and provide solutions to technical challenges and make escalations as necessary
Track and evaluate metric/performance reporting under directions from Engineering Leadership to ensure accurate reporting of service levels Participate in capacity and program planning exercises

What you will need to succeed

BE / BTech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
Incumbent should have 7-10 Years of experience in total & minimum two years of experience of Test Automation
Test automation experience on integrated systems including Web, API and Backend components using Selenium based frameworks
Web Services/API test design and execution expertise using reusable frameworks
Experience on different environment stacks including custom development [Java/NET application stacks] and SAAS solutions like SFDC (Salesforcecom)
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on software test development experience, including both functional and non-functional test development
Experience in testing complex web sites and mobile apps across multiple browsers, devices, form factors and responsive websites
Knowledge of software engineering practices and agile approaches Strong desire for establishing and improving product quality
Experience building or enhancing robust and reusable test automation frameworks with special emphasis on building progressive framework based on Behavior Driven Development [BDD] concepts
Willingness to take challenges head on, while being part of a team A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
Create reliable / maintainable code and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and orally is a key competency as is demonstrable skill as a self-starter Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
Strong Customer Centric mindset with an ability to outperform Service Level Agreements on Customer satisfaction and experience Extensive experience in release management and agile methodologies preferred
