Job Description:

Lead generation from existing customer, direct, sales officer own database, customer referrals, local market/cluster, scanning & segmentation
SO should have network of opinion leaders, industry & trade association bodies and his own database size
SO should display an ability to generate direct sales of 4-5 disbursements per month and call atleast 100 customers per month through his own efforts & initiatives
SO shall be responsible for sourcing quality portfolio and will have to ensure that no EMI bounces in the first 18 months of any customer sourced Within this time, he will have to manage collections as well as setting up of initial collections model including building credit culture with customers
SO should have relationship ability to target minimum conversion of 1 customer referral /existing customer/quarter
SO should have ability to do contact point verifications and trade reference checks with buyer and suppliers so that portfolio sourcing quality is impeccable

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle
Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area
Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of activities
Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner
Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers
Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and information
