OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE                    

Role Objective Accountable for End-to-end ownership for Agency Partner (AP) performance

Main Job Responsibilities

Organize and run recruitment events for APs (Agency Partner) and LAs (Life Advisor)Recruit APs (Agency Partner)Ensure smooth onboarding of APsEnsure AP team start getting productive and start moving on LAs activation and premiumHelp APs to recruit LAsRevenue planning with APsSupport LAs and APs on sales call to demonstrateHelp LAs and APs to login businessConduct training session for LAs on their career progressionConduct unit meeting and shares business opportunities with LAs and MPsReview target & performance for APs in a periodic mannerLead weekly “wake-up” team meetingsManage prospecting activity in the fieldOperate as a Product SME (Subject Matter Expert)Own the operational aspects of coding of an APDeal with customer queriesManage persistency and renewal collection by AdvisorsChase “pending” requirements on submitted casesAttend joint field work activityRun telephone appointment sessionsContact Advisors who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange trainingGraduate / MBA with 4 years + of Sales Experience in Insurance industry (life or General)Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement OrientedTeam Leading / Managing Experience is mustExperience in handling agency / distribution modelBasis Computer Skills (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)Ability to interact and recruit people from diverse backgroundOne of the oldest pvt life insurance companies with 15 years of experiencePresence in 167 cities with 225 branches8 years profitable in a row9,984 employees with high vintage & steady managementRs1,521 Cr Net Worth and Rs16,936 Cr AUM311 times Solvency Ratio (against 15 as prescribed by IRDAI
