1 Candidate should have good sales performance track record

2 He should have strong integrity and leadership traits

3 Companywise Career stability, work experience in reputed pharma companies, excellent communication skills are most preferred

1 Responsible for create & develop his own sales team of TBOs (MRs) and ABM of high potential with the necessary technical expertise & knowledge

2 Self-motivated to sell the companys product along with knowledge of business expansion MADURAI REGION

3 Having well deserved reputation, experience and understanding about the procedure of establishing of strong distribution network & its products in full KARNATAKA region

4 Always ready to act/address as a point of first reference for all sales / field related queries and issues in field to accurately assess their problems & needs to resolve them on time

5 He must be smart enough to generate business from his existing customers and from new customers to provide immediate stand to the new launched brands

6 To ensure that companys corporate policies and marketing strategies must be followed & implemented in a timely manner

7 Take regular feedback to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions

8 Must have good SPLTY customerss rapport to enhance his sales performance to achieve the companys objectives
