Description

Principal responsibilities
Monitor, Track, Improve Digital Channel Performance
o Penetration Drive channel migration / penetration across all digital channels on customer segmentation basis eligibility, demographics, relationship with bank, AMB, etc
o Usage Drive, track and report user registrations, activation and usage on all digital channel
o Transactions Drive, track and report transactions (financial and non-financial) across all channels by volume, value, average per user and median per user
o Churn Management Arrest user attrition from channel and from bank
o Improve Market Metrics Dedicated focus and efforts to improve playstore / appsotre ratings of app(s)
Drive and Manage Digital Channels P/L
o Measure, track and report revenue generation and cost saving numbers for digital channels; create and report quarterly P/L to management
o Identify and augment products with more revenue generation features / functionalities
o Track and report balance sheet deepening owing to channel migration
o Maintain, build, measure, learn loop to plan out enhancement from channel performance and business generation perspective
Strategize customer communication and manage promotional campaigns
o Conceptualise and manage all digital channels promotion campaign and be on the lookout for innovative customer acquisition/ Retention/ Usage strategies
Continuous Market Scan and Competition Benchmarking
o Perform competitive analysis, conduct market research, primary research, demographic segmentation, polls and surveys to understand market need, competition, and suggest more business generation opportunities for digital channels
Brand Awareness of YBL Digital Channel Products
o Build brand awareness and visibility of YBL digital channels through online press releases, articles, social media, blogs, Email, Bank channels, Vendor channel and other relevant mediums
o Preparation of Industry Awards nominations, participation in key conferences,

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience
o MBA from Tier 1 institute with minimum 23 year experience in digital product management
o Experience in dynamic brainstorming sessions and inculcate environment that encourages new ideas and innovation
o Be familiar with the key metrics for measuring Digital Channels performance
o Strong blend of analytical, decision making, and creative problem solving skills
o Excellent written and verbal English communication Should be able to create detailed draft write ups on digital products
o Excellent excel and MS access skills Exposure to reporting tools like tableau would be a plus
