Job Description:

What This Job Entails -

- Ownership of creating and designing customer centric programs across channels

- Responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns

- Working with different stakeholders (categories, product, analytics etc) to execute programs, bring in product features, and achieving business & customer goals

- Scale up CRM channels and bring in industry best practices - email, web push, sms, in-app notifications

- Guide the creative team for better campaign performances across channels

Association & Collaboration-

The role requires close collaboration with

- Category teams

- Analytics Team

- Product Teams

Qualification & Experience -

MBA preferred (Top colleges) with 2 to 3 years of experience

- Should have both a strong analytical bent of mind, as well as a strong creative mindset

- Knowledge of e-commerce and customer journey

- Prior CRM, outbound marketing/digital marketing experience is a must

- Strong bias for action

- Customer first philosophy

- Stakeholder Management
