Job Description:


This role is responsible for monitoring, coordinating and executing all aspects of HR and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of HR services, policies and programs in line with the Leap Skillss HR philosophy and strategy


Recruitment & Attrition Management

- Facilitate the recruitment process

- Deployment of recruitment procedure, for the skills required by the organization, from time to time

- Work on to complete the recruitment plan & reduce the turn around time

- Work on structure employee retention policies

- Work on to have a pool of recruitment database and human resource, as per the organizations present & future needs

Performance Management

- Build and work on the performance management system for the organization

- Facilitate / track / report out the progress of employee performance of every individual in Leap Skills

- Work on a strong in built system of talent management & development, through Performance Management System

- Completing the KRA/KPI / Goal Setting Process for the Management Staff along with others

- Setting up goals for HR in to be in the nerves of the business

- Communicating Management Objectives to the employees

- Final Review, data compiling, and presentation

- Working out the compensation review of the employees

OD Interventions

- Channelize relevant employee feedback and work actively to enhance their skills

- Provide deeper insights to the founders on the drivers of employer - employee loyalty

- Partner in evolving the strategy, vision & desired outcomes with the help of Management

- Work on structured employee life cycle & a structured approach towards succession planning

Strategic Role

- Develop HR strategies, as per the changing needs of the business

General HR Administration

- Work on organization wide policies & procedures & accountablility for implementation of the same

- Identification & implementation of structure for coordinating of HR support for multiple levels of business operations

HR Policy

- Study of HR Policies and understanding the need of an organization

- Preparation of HR Manuals

- Developing/updating and implementing HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels

HR Initiatives

- Introducing performance appraisal tools like 360-degree feedback & submitting a report with the recommendation/suggestion to Management to bring more transparency and efficiency in the organization

- To coordinate with employees for implementing talent development and talent engagement policies at the circle level

- To ensure HR technology is implemented

- To ensure timely payment of salary and other reimbursements to employees

- To maintain a friendly work environment employee engagement levels within the circle

- To ensure compliance to labor laws related to statutory regulations

- To ensure smooth induction and familiarization of team members with the organizational culture and business environment

- To assess, plan and ensure delivery of training requirements for the team

- To set performance evaluation parameters for each team member in line with the organizational objectives and ensureperiodic review and feedback on the same

- To clearly communicate all policies and procedures to each team member

Reward & Recognition

- Circulation and execution of the Reward and Recognition Scheme in the organization

- To adhere to the allocated circle budget for execution of HR function

- To ensure holistic HR support to all employees in the respective circle

- To liaise with the HR team in effective implementation of all HR systems and procedures

- To build and maintain relationships with HR team stakeholders
