We have an exciting job opportunity with Indias leading fastest growing Bank based in Mumbai for Key Account Manager role Looking from Banks and NBFCs only Should have minimum 3 years of experience in managing Key Accounts for retail, Online & offline channels

Job Role

Responsible to build a good relationship with the key account

- Ensuring the account is growing in the portfolio

- Daily updates on business volume

- Ensuring effective sales and CRM support to the account

- To act as a bridge between the account and the RMs for sales and issue resolution

- Database crunching and running campaigns

- Implementing effective lead management systems

- Managing tele-calling set up for various calling activities

- Doing desk research in fin-tech and e-commerce space for possible tie-ups

- Empanelling online and offline channel partners for a possible tie-up for Data base acquisition / Product and Process

- Developing funnel for Tie-ups and recommending aligned partners for tie-ups

- Participating in fin-tech and e-commerce seminars and workshops

- Networking with startups and understanding any value proposition

The position will be based out of Mumbai and Delhi
