Required Educational Qualification BE / BTech (Electrical/Electronics & Tele/Mechanical) / MBA (Marketing)

Required Experience 8-9 years- experience in selling Engineering Projects / Solar Power Plants

Area of Responsibilities

- Responsible for handling business development for the solar photo voltaic power projects for different regions

- Should have handled product/project portfolio of at least INR 75 Cr

- Identifying & developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat business

- Handling a team of senior engineers in different regions and keep their motivation up for achieving their targets

- Monitoring and executing projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time over-runs to ensure timely execution of the projects

- Coordination with different departments (Design, Procurement, Projects, Accounts & Dealers) to ensure timely completion of the project on sites

- Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies, assessment of the requirements, interface and installing, coordination and following up with clients for various projects

- Liasoning with respective Govt authorities like MEDA / MSEB / HAREDA / MNRE etc

- Supports Management for key inputs into the Financial Modelling

- Represent organization at Trade Exhibitions and events

- Develop customer relationship and maintain customer satisfaction

Skills Required

- He should be excellent in Communication skills

- He should be good leader, who can keep his team motivate for achieving the company targets

- He should be smart, dynamic having self-drive & motivation

- Developing & managing channel partners,

- Must have relationship management skill

- Willing to travel
