 Designation Customer Support Executive - Quality Department, Ludhiana

 

Location  Ludhiana (Pujab)

Salary 12k - 18k 

 

Responsibilities –

 

Ø  Answer calls professionally to provide information about products 

Ø  Keep records of customer interactions ,  recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as  well as actions taken 

Ø  Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests

Ø  Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

Ø  Answer questions about products or the company

Ø  Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Ø  Enter and update customer information in the database

Ø  Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Ø  Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
