JOB PURPOSE

To process forms and verify customer information, Personal and Professional

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Telephonic verification of customer on daily basis

Greeting calls to customer

Solving 1st level of customer complaints within stipulated amount of time

Co-ordinate with franchisee owners/clients with respect to different requirements

Preparing MIS reports Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Data Maintenance

Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions

QUALIFICATION

Any Graduate

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication skill

Well versed with MS Office ( especially MS office and MS PowerPoint )

Knowledge of MS Access would be added benefit

Good overall computer knowledge

Experience with 1 to 2 years

Well versed with background verification profile if experienced

Fresher can be considered
