* Handle telephones and respond to inquiries from customers and clients

* Maintain files and records for each activities taking place at centres

* Process end-of-day reports and systematically file invoices from clients

* Maintaining the track of outbound and inbound transactions

* Keep records of customer interactions and queries, process customer accounts and file documents systematically

* Maintaining records and updating the database regularly
