Department Overview
Wells Fargo Compliance is the companys compliance second line of defense function, providing company-wide leadership, standards, support, and independent oversight to ensure that all business groups abide by applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory guidance (regulatory requirements), meet compliance responsibilities, and manage compliance risks Wells Fargo Compliance credibly challenges management decisions, business processes and activities, and evaluates and assesses adherence to applicable regulatory requirements It provides appropriate analysis, reporting, and escalation to senior management and the Board of Directors, sets minimum standards for the company, and gives advice, guidance, and support for compliance risk management activities across the enterprise

The Compliance Solutions Enablement Team provides the resources to support the implementation of new compliance technology solutions for Wells Fargo compliance professionals The team is responsible for documenting business requirements, managing user acceptance testing, communications, and training activities for technology solution implementations The Compliance Solutions Enablement Team provides coaching and support in the use of compliance tools and processes The team coordinates with other areas such as policy/procedures development, program and technology managers, and compliance leadership, to integrate technology communications and training

About the Role
You will work as part of the Middle Office team to support Fixed Income Sales and Trading You will interact closely with multiples business partners including the Market Risk, Credit Risk and Legal

Market Skills and Certifications


Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a risk-based compliance program to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements or may provide oversight to a compliance function
Understand end to end processes utilized by the business teams to evaluate risk, test controls, and prepare for examinations conducted by external parties
Participate in requirements analysis phase, understand the policies and compliance requirements
Create, prepare and deliver test plans, test scripts and test signoffs, while adhering to corporate test standards
Partnering with business testing teams to ensure user acceptance and regression test scripts accurately reflect business processes Implement proper test coverage to identify the gaps in technology solution to meet the compliance requirements
Perform complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation, applying medium to advanced testing methodologies
Develop and execute UAT activities for major compliance technology tool releases, as well as smaller production defect releases
Defect reporting, triaging, correction, and testing processes to ensure the Technology Team has the required information and support needed to correct the defect
Author complex test scenarios, test cases and test scripts
Conditioning data in test environments to coincide with test script requirements
Data analysis and reporting skills is an added advantage

Essential Qualifications
University degree in Business or related discipline
4 years of systems/application testing, or systems/application quality assurance experience
2 years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both
Good knowledge on risk domains such as Compliance, Issue Management, Ops Risk
Prior experience of requirement analysis, test script designing, execution and defect management Working experience with test management tools such as ALM

Desired Qualifications
Experience of working on risk management tools and configuration of Archer platform
Certification in Risk Management
Data analysis and reporting skills
