Job Description:



Inbound Sales and Technical Support Specialists to help customers establish and enhance their online

presence by providing web-based technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and

Selling products and services as per customer needs



  • Customer service oriented in a high pressured environment

  • Provide immediate Advanced Support via chat, and accompanying support via phone when necessary

  • Must possess methodical and deliberate troubleshooting skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail in troubleshooting and documentation

  • Determine course of action based on extremely complex issues in a time-pressured environment,

  • often with only a portion of the information needed to fully analyze the issue

  • Multi-task multiple issues between customers ranging over Windows and Linux platforms in

  • Dedicated and Virtual Dedicated environments

  • Strong knowledge of internet technology

  • Advanced Server Management – Windows & Linux, Various Control Panels

  • Advanced understanding of Wordpress development and troubleshooting techniques



    Experience Required

  • Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses

  • and consumers is a strong plus

  • Ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting a technical support call

  • Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard We want the best for you and
