Job Description:



Inbound Sales and Technical Support Specialists to help customers establish and enhance their online

presence by providing web-based technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and

Selling products and services as per customer needs



Customer service oriented in a high pressured environment
Provide immediate Advanced Support via chat, and accompanying support via phone when necessary

Must possess methodical and deliberate troubleshooting skills

Exceptional attention to detail in troubleshooting and documentation

Determine course of action based on extremely complex issues in a time-pressured environment,

often with only a portion of the information needed to fully analyze the issue

Multi-task multiple issues between customers ranging over Windows and Linux platforms in
Dedicated and Virtual Dedicated environments

Strong knowledge of internet technology

Advanced Server Management – Windows & Linux, Various Control Panels

Advanced understanding of Wordpress development and troubleshooting techniques



Experience Required

Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses

and consumers is a strong plus

Ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting a technical support call

Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard We want the best for you and

Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their

business or personal needs 

Knowledge of internet, social media and/or small business is highly preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication and strong interpersonal skills to include proven

rapport building and sales techniques 




Tech Graduates – Any Graduate with prior technical expertise
Candidate should have good knowledge about Computer
Must be 18 years of age or older
Candidate should have graduated
Candidate should have excellent Interpersonal skills
Open to work in rotational shifts, according to business needs
Must pass Operations Validation
