Job Description:

1 Business Development
a The BDMs will be assigned an area where he / she will work
b Preferably the BDMs should have connections & data in the sectors mentioned above, but if not, then he/she has to work hard to develop the market
c Should do the Data Mining in the assigned area
d Generate the awareness about the solar energy
e Make the potential customers aware about the Govt & commercial benefits and solar plants
f Participate in the relevant exhibitions & Trade Fairs
g Appoint dealers & channel partners

2 Sales
a Make Phone calls to fixup meetings on a daily basis
b Meet the prospective customers from junior level to decision makers
c Regular Follow ups with the clients
d Preparing the sales funnel
e Closing the orders thru self, team and dealers

3 Targets
a BDMs should achieve the desired and given targets on Monthly & Quarterly basis
b Targets will be in capacities or the size of the solar plants (in KW or MW) and in Value

4 Personality Traits
a Confident in Meeting the junior & top management persons
b Good communication skills
c Good negotiating skills
d Hard Working
e Honest

5 General Should have own conveyance
