We Offer

Cross Divisional Service Platform offers a wide range of Business Assistance, Marketing Materials, Visual Communications and Digital & Multimedia Solutions We are currently looking for talented, highly motivated individuals with excellent communications skills and positive approach to join our Business Assistance teams in Wroclaw The perfect candidate should be able to perform to high quality standards, understand and meet clients expectations and work effectively within a dynamic team

Your primary role will be supporting remotely senior managers and their teams from various divisions and locations

You will manage of complex travel booking end-to-end (point-to-point or multi-destination)

You will handle travels and expenses reconciliation in respective systems

You will lead expenses from pre-approval to final settlement including consultation of T&E policy

You will manage diary management for high-ranking managers handling calendars, setting the meetings, ensuring the acceptances and keeping bookings up-to date, taking account of complex diaries and global time-zone differences, meeting minutes/agendas preparation

You will support the managers in the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities

You will handle corporate document management

You will administrate purchase orders and invoices in systems

You will cooperate with internal staff at all levels in other corporate office

You will prepare of high standard internal communication

Open to discussing flexible/agile working

You Offer

You have 12 years experience in Business Assistance, travel and expense management and/or customer service function

You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

You know MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel on intermediate level

You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to build and foster positive relationships with clients

You run your workload independently, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
