Associate Manager - Key Accounts

Job description Manage a business vertical (Grocery/F&B/Lifestyle/Healthcare & Wellness/OMCs/Electronics) in the Local Key Accounts space for one of the top cities in India

Role Role
Responsible for Acquisition & Relationship management of Local Key Account in respective vertical
To have / develop a deep understanding of the category, consumer behaviour, merchant dynamics etc;
Would have ownership of topline numbers for the vertical
Would assist in finalizing monthly plans at a vertical/merchant level, relationship management with merchants teams, build store connect with top tier stores, ensure efficient execution of Trade Promotion / BTL / On field initiatives

Responsible of Supply and Demand side of the business
3 - 5 Years of work experience in Merchant / Vendor acquisition
Good local knowledge of the geography and local language is desired
Start-up experience is preferred or experience of selling nascent products
Excellent negotiating skills
Graduate / PG
