Job Description:

Recruit, train and develop sales team required for your region Planning for market penetration and sale increase Develop market penetration and sales growth strategy with Sales Head/Director Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region Plan and enable distribution network to ensure availability of companys products and services across the region Compile and analyse sales figures to take corrective actions Build impactful relations for the company Maintain key client relations Provide distributors / dealers and customers in the region with information about changing market dynamics and brand Varmora Collect customer feedback and competitor information in the region Plan and organize industry meets (dealer / architect / Builders & mason meets) across the region Manage cost to sale ratio Forecast quarterly / annual sales budget for the region Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region Ensure effective team setup for sustainable growth Communicate company vision and objectives down the line Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organisation Identify and close personnel gaps (recruitment) across customer segments, geographies and products Generate sales of company products in the region through a team of salesmen in order to achieve or exceed sales targets Identify competence gaps in the team and arrange for appropriate training to team to meet all job requirements Ensure that payments are collected in time and total days outstanding are within the company guidelines Identify key roles and create back up plan for each role Ensure that customer complaints and escalations are resolved within defined time frame
