Required to handle sales officers, distributors, CFA, Key accounts & Sales forecasting
Required to handle BTL activities for brand building, promotion planning & execution
Identify & appoint new distributors
Will be responsible for Primary & secondary sales
Ensure brand visibility & stock availability with the distributor
Ensure FIFO is followed, manages inventory
Should track outlet sales & share the report
New conversions, opening new accounts, coverage & distribution expansion

Requirements Team handling skills
Sound knowledge & background of General Trade & Modern Trade
Should be good at negotiations
Ability to motivate the team, train the team on ground
