Job Description:

1) Overall responsibility for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area and expanding the coverage and distribution by sales promotions within sales policy framework

2) Responsibilities for Primary and secondary sales, frequently visits in dealer counter to promote the new products and aware customers about the company services and benefits

3) Relationship Building with customers and coordination for customer complaints

4) Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

5) Maintain knowledge of competitors

6) Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in an environment aggressive growth outlook

7) Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally

8) Business related computer skills

9) Should have an entrepreneurial mind-set and should have high level of ownership and ability to take decisions

10) Confident, energetic and has the appetite to work in a growing company environment

Strong motivation to know products and ability to present/demonstrate the products successfully to the customer
