Job Description:

1) To meet architects and get company specified in their projects

2) To meet Developers and generate sales from them

3) To handle project business in Mumbai

4) Responsible for Revenue generation in Projects in Mumbai

5) Consistently outgrow the project market to gain huge market share

6) Provide supervision through field visits, project site visits, project mapping

7) Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

8) Maintain knowledge of competitors

9) Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in an environment aggressive growth outlook

10) Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally

11) Business related computer skills

12) Should have an entrepreneurial mind-set and should have high level of ownership and ability to take decisions

13) Confident, energetic and has the appetite to work in a start-up and grow faster Strong motivation to know products and ability to present/demonstrate the products successfully to the customer
