Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager cum Sales Managers professional in Glass Partitions, Movable walls, Aluminum Skirting Trims, Architectural concrete designing field to build relationships based on performance and trust Our industry partners include architects, engineers, interior designers, builders and general contractors, electricians, and other industry professionals Our Relationship Managers are responsible for working with end-user clients to take them through the project process from solutions design to final installation The Business Development Manager should oversee this process to make sure that we are consistently delivering at the high expectations that we set  The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to talk with leads, understand their architectural needs & consult them accordingly The candidate will be responsible for understanding the requirements, have meetings with customers, discuss the quotes, negotiate and close deals To be effective in this position, you must have very good communication skills including talking and listening You will also be working in conjunction with Interior Designers and Operations team Developing growth strategies and plans Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients Increasing client base Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Writing business proposals Negotiating with stakeholders Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Researching business opportunities and viable income streams Following industry trends locally and internationally Drafting and reviewing contracts Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
