You will ensure the stability of MI production systems
You will lead 3rd line Application Support
You will diagnose and solve issues with Global MI applications
You will plan and execute application/infrastructure releases and configuration changes
You will closely collaborate with production and platform services teams in order to examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals
You will develop, co-ordinate and promote the effective functioning of problem management activities across all of MI support teams
You will provide input to application/infrastructure scalability
You will monitor and maintain production and internal environments
You will make sure there are robust procedures and processes within the application support function remit
You will foster good working relationships with internal teams and hosting providers
You will take care of updating technical and non-technical documentation
You will build L3 Application Support team and share knowledge
You will identify training needs for team members

You Offer

You have 2 years of experience in hands-on application support lead/manager role

You have 4 years of SQL experience preferably with at least 2 years of application development experience

You have 4 years of experience in relational databases, preferably Oracle

You have 2 years of UNIX experience and in writing shell scripts

You focus on providing high-quality customer service and support

You work well under pressure and are able to juggle between tasks

You are passionate about learning new things and improving your skills

You are a trustworthy team member with positive can-do attitude

You are a dedicated problem solver with good interpersonal skills

You communicate in English fluently

Optionally you offer

You have experience with ETL (Informatica power center preferable)

You are familiar with batch processes and tools (Control M preferable)

You have supported NET applications and have deep understanding of web technology

You have worked in Scrum methodology

You hold ITIL Certification
