Pune, Maharashtra, India AM - Knowledge Management Experience 0 to 0 yrs Skills Required Job Summary Job Description Template Job Title Asst Manager-Knowledge Management Location Pune Job Family Group Program Management Manager 1 Job Family Program Management Job Title Grade Code Asst Manager 26 General Purpose Responsible for developing the Learning Management System for Program Management Organization Principle Accountabilities Develop and deliver training modules to customer service representatives Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc and make changes as needed to improve future results Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training modules, workshops etc Provide technical support to individuals in the implementation of designed instruction or in task analysis and instructional systems design Recommend and assist in the development of curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles for various delivery options, such as eLearning, classroom training, and blended learning Assist with the development of master course documentation, manuals, and other learning resources Remain current with up-to-date product information for all released software configurations Maintain excellent presentation and communication skills Problem-solve computer and system issues with learners Create a learning that translates into on the job skills Mentor OJT (On the Job Training) coaches Note This job description reflects essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the number or types of tasks that may be assigned or reassigned during the conduct of business Position Differentiation by Grade 26 Education / Experience Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science or Management or equivalent experience in addition to 10- 12 yrs of experience in a manufacturing- PM or related Industry Knowledge / Skills / Abilities 5 years of training experience Knowledge of Program Management Experience in training Knowledge of training and learning principles Knowledge of instructional systems design methods Experience with writing and/or maintaining documentation such as user manuals, reference guides, and online help text Advanced knowledge in the following computer programs Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with webinar and e-learning applications, course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar products Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Scope / Impact Impacts the immediate to medium term direction and operational success of the function Executes and provides input to functional plans and objectives for the site Provides input to functional processes or technologies Has experience in leading initiatives and provides input to those initiatives Decision Making / Discretion Demonstrates capability in leading a major initiative that impacts the site Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures and practices to achieve objectives May make decisions absent management supervision using broad guidelines Provides input for team decisions Decisions affect team Supervision / Leadership Normally receives no instructions and in some cases may direct the work to others
