Job Description
Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight, Lead small projects, Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- A dynamic individual with minimum 3 years of IT software product development experience, Experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach with a 3-15 years of successful track record of implementing Agile methods and techniques (eg Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban), experience with transitioning from waterfall/iterative to Agile Scrum methods, Professional Scrum certifications from Scrum Alliance (CSM, CSP, CSPO) or Scrumorg (PSM, PSPO, PSD) or PMI ( PMP, PMI-ACP), Implementation experience of Scaling agile frameworks like Scrum of Scrums(SoS), SAFe, Nexus framework, Conduct Agile classroom training (Foundational and Advanced) to various Scrum projects and portfolio teams, Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization;, Manage and guide project teams to ensure highest Agile standards are uniformly met across all projects/portfolio products, Facilitates Releasing planning sessions, works with Scrum teams to share the best practices, Works with the Scrum teams to ensure product backlogs are prepared, refined, scoped and appropriately prioritized, Participates/Works with Scrum teams to share best practices in Sprint planning meeting, Helps the project Scrum teams with best practices to conduct Sprint review/demo and Sprint retrospection meeting, Monitors various agile metrics, and share it with the leadership teams, Mentor and Coach project teams to implement agile practices for the selected release, Servant Leadership and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies;, Exposure of widely used successful Agile techniques like TDD, ATDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Kanban, Pair Programming, Automated Testing and Innovative Games, Ability to deal with Senior leadership team, educate them to bring awareness of Enterprise Agility, Has ability to provide objective guidance, without personal or political consideration, Good understanding of various reports/metrics and hand-on experience with CA-Rally tool, Work with PMO to define and share the best practices, prepare training/coaching material, Location of posting is driven by business needs
